Mike McGinity

Mike brings extensive distribution business experience in various industries, products, technologies and services during his career including remote monitoring, telecommunications, thin films, optical media, solar power, LED lighting.  A mechanical engineer by training, with a focus in sales and product management have made him effective in identifying a market need and understanding what it takes to bring it to market; from ideation to product development, testing, production, supply chain, logistics, and of course sales and marketing.

He has successfully led and grown businesses in technology sectors.   His leadership and understanding of the needs of all parts of the supply chain to get a product to market, creates alignment in the teams to execute the strategy, efficiently and profitably.  This broad sense of business operations provides him with a solid insight in developing overall go-to-market solutions for others.

Motivated by learning new industries, products, processes and technologies as well as working in a team to develop new ones, Mike is a roll-up the sleeves team player, ready to take on a task at any level to propel the business towards the overall goal.  Since his youth, he has kept active outside of his professional areas with many areas of interest and volunteer work including sailplanes, competitive karting and martial arts, he is currently obsessed with endurance cycling.
